Jonathan Saylor was on time, respectfully knocking on my door, announcing arriving and departing. He was kind and easygoing. He kept me updated on progress. Asked my opinions, never assuming. Work was done correctly the first time and on time. Jonathan adhered to our signed contract. I’m widowed and alert to people trying to take advantage. These things are important; I had a different contractor in the Fall who failed in all aspects and made for a dismal experience. I’ve already recommended him to 2 people and will have him back to remodel my kitchen. Excellent company!
